After new video emerged on Wednesday showing the second incident, New York police commissioner Ray Kelly told reporters that the Civilian Complaint Review Board would investigate the officer, deputy inspector Anthony Bologna.

Final Update: NASA's UARS Re-enters Earth's Atmosphere NASA’s decommissioned Upper Atmosphere Research Satellite fell back to Earth at 12 a.m. EDT (0400 GMT), as Friday, Sept. 23, turned to Saturday, Sept. 24 on the United States east coast. The Joint Space Operations Center at Vandenberg Air Force Base in California has determined the satellite entered the atmosphere over the Pacific Ocean at 14.1 degrees south latitude and 189.8 degrees east longitude (170.2 west longitude). This location is over a broad, remote ocean area in the Southern Hemisphere, far from any major land mass. The debris field is located between 300 miles and 800 miles downrange, or generally northeast of the re-entry point. NASA is not aware of any possible debris sightings from this geographic area.

This map shows the ground track for UARS beginning in the Indian Ocean off the coast of Africa at 0330 GMT and ending at atmospheric interface over the Pacific Ocean at 0400 GMT.

Six years after the end of its productive scientific life, UARS broke into pieces during re-entry, and most of it up burned in the atmosphere. Twenty-six satellite components, weighing a total of about 1,200 pounds, could have survived the fiery re-entry and reach the surface of Earth.

Mayan Documentary Will Show Evidence of Alien Contact, Says Mexico

A new documentary about Mayan civilization will provide evidence of extraterrestrial contact with the ancient culture, according to a Mexican government official and the film's producer. 

"Revelations of the Mayans 2012 and Beyond," currently in production, will claim the Mayans had contact with extraterrestrials, producer Raul Julia-Levy revealed to TheWrap. 

"Mexico will release codices, artifacts and significant documents with evidence of Mayan and extraterrestrial contact, and all of their information will be corroborated by archaeologists," said Julia-Levy, son of actor Raul Julia. 

In a release to TheWrap, Luis Augusto Garcia Rosado, the minister of tourism for the Mexican state of Campeche, said new evidence has emerged "of contact between the Mayans and extraterrestrials, supported by translations of certain codices, which the government has kept secure in underground vaults for some time." 

He also spoke, in a phone conversation, of "landing pads in the jungle that are 3,000 years old."

Petition Requests Obama to Acknowledge Extraterrestrial Presence

Stephen Bassett of the Paradigm Research Group has posted a petition on the White House’s new petitioning website, calling for the president to “formally acknowledge an extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race.” According to their website, the White House will review the petition for an official response if 5000 signatures are collected in 30 days. Created on September 22, 2011, Bassett’s petition has already collected over 2000 signatures, well on its way to meeting the goal. One can only wonder what the White House response may be, if they choose to respond at all.

The White House’s new petition website is part of “We the People,” an effort to create more access for the public to voice their concerns. The site says, “We the People provides a new way to petition the Obama Administration to take action on a range of important issues facing our country.”

Bassett’s petition reads:

We, the undersigned, strongly urge the President of the United States to formally acknowledge an extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race and immediately release into the public domain all files from all agencies and military services relevant to this phenomenon.

As of 7 a.m. EDT Sept. 22, 2011, the orbit of UARS was 115 mi by 120 mi (185 km by 195 km). Re-entry is expected sometime during the afternoon of Sept. 23, Eastern Daylight Time. The satellite will not be passing over North America during that time period. It is still too early to predict the time and location of re-entry with any more certainty, but predictions will become more refined in the next 24 to 36 hours.

Multi-Colored Fireball UFO Witnessed by Thousands Across the Southwest U.S.

A fireball UFO was seen streaking across the night sky over the southwest United States on Wednesday night. Thousands of witnesses from Arizona, Nevada, and California witnessed the incident that occurred at approximately 7 p.m.

According to CBS Los Angeles, “The first reports came from Riverside County around 7 p.m. Wednesday. Within a half hour, several Orange County residents also reported seeing the lights. After about an hour, reports were coming from all over the West.” The descriptions given by witnesses vary, but many who saw the mysterious object reported a burning object that was blue, green, yellow, and orange in color. 

News stations and police stations across the southwest were flooded with calls and emails about the UFO. Lieutenant Justin Griffin from the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office in Phoenix witnessed the object, and explained to Reuters, “It took an unusually long time to get across the sky.” But he continued, “It’s like a meteor. It’s not like we had any flying objects with little green men or anything like that.”

Bob Dean - NATO's "Assessment" of Alien Life & The Impact of Disclosure

Bob Dean retired from the US Army as a command sergeant major after a 28 year career. While being stationed in France in the 60's, he had top secret clearance working in the "war room." Dean claims to have read a COSMIC Top Secret NATO Study called the "Assessment" while serving in the Operations Center of NATO's Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers in Europe (SHAPE).

This NATO military study acknowledged and analyzed the implications of the alien presence here on Earth. In this interview, Bob tells his story about the document that changed his life. In 1991, at the world's first UFO conference in Arizona, Bob broke his security oath and spoke out about the document and existence of aliens, which he says pose no threat whatsoever.

In this presentation, I introduce the basic theories of Zecharia Sitchin as relate to the creation of the Asteroid Belt and the general disruption of the planets in some far off age as presented in his book, The 12th Planet, which he believes were caused by the introduction into our solar system of a large mass intruder body called Nibiru. This is based upon his interpretation of the Sumerian and Babylonian Cuneiform Texts. 

In my presentation I counter Sitchin's theory and put forward evidence that the Asteroid Belt was in fact created by the physical mechanism known to the ancients as The Music of the Spheres, and that this mechanism is responsible for causing natural earthquakes and also used covertly to trigger nuclear weapons. I present the science of this mechanism, as indeed is highly classified by the major powers, and explain how it was responsible not only for creating the Asteroid belt, but also for periodically causing global disruption to the earth and other planets in line with the myths and prophecies of the ancients, as herald a phase transition into a new world age. 

In conclusion, I prove that Nibiru, as hypothesised by Sitchin, is a celestial body that simply does not exist.
