In an in-depth interview on UFO disclosure, best-selling author Leslie Kean, whose book UFOs on the Record is now at #30 on the N.Y. Times best selling list, has stated that she plans a campaign to approach committees in the U.S. Congress as well as the Obama administration to secure UFO disclosure. Ms. Kean has proposed the establishment of a UFO agency within the U.S. government.
There have not been substantive Congressional hearings on the UFO phenomenon or the extraterrestrial presence since the U.S. House of Representatives Science and Astronautics Committee hearings in July 1968.
John Podesta, who was co-chair of the Obama Transition Team (2008-9), has written a foreword to Ms. Kean’s book and is a supporter of the Coalition for Freedom of information, a group founded by Ms. Kean for policy and advocacy work.
It may take a Washington, DC insider of the rank of John Podesta to run interference for Leslie Kean and the Coalition for Freedom of Information if her initiative is not to run aground as has every single public interest effort for UFO disclosure with the U.S. Congress or the U.S. Presidency since 1968.
The U.S. House of Representatives Science and Astronautics Committee hearings in July 1968 essentially folded in the face of the CIA-driven arrogance of the Condon Committee report dismissing ‘a study of UFOs in general as a promising way of expanding the scientific understanding of the phenomena.’ Ms. Kean writes, “The American Institute of Astronautics and Aeronautics (AIAA) was among those registering objections after a panel spent a year studying the actual 1000 page text of the Condon report.”
Ms. Kean writes in her book, “the application of science demands that at present we be agnostic about whether any UFOs have any extraterrestrial origin, neither believing nor rejecting this.”
Yet, in her ExopoliticsTV interview with Alfred Lambremont Webre, Ms. Kean states she is not aware of reliable whistleblower or documentary evidence of anti-gravity UFOs of U.S. military intelligence. However, she states, she is open to reviewing substantial and reliable evidence of U.S. black budget anti-gravity UFOs if that is made available to her.
One central purpose of bringing the UFO issue to the U.S. Congress and the Obama administration is to apprise U.S. policy makers in the elected, constitutional government of the existence of an extensive black budget and UFO fleet, as confirmed by whistleblowers such as Michael Relfe, a former U.S. Armed Serviceman who states he spent 20 years on a U.S. secret base on Mars, and Aaron McCollum, who states he routinely deployed in U.S. military anti-gravity UFOs and names specific models and technical specifications.
This in-depth ExopoliticsTV interview, which goes far beyond the superficial banter about UFOs and Extraterrestrials that Leslie Kean has met on such mainstream media book-selling venues as MSNBC or the Colbert Report, explores the chasm between the paradigm of ‘militant agnosticism’ about UFOs advocated in her book versus the Exopolitics paradigm, which uses the scientific method to actively study direct eyewitness and documentary evidence of U.S. government black budget UFOs, extraterrestrial craft, as well as interdimensional probes as part of the study of relations among intelligent civilizations in the multi-verse.

U.S. Congress, CIA’s Project Artichoke, UFOs & Leslie Kean
As noted, there have not been any open Congressional hearings on the UFO phenomenon or the extraterrestrial presence since the U.S. House of Representatives Science and Astronautics Committee hearings in July 1968. This was one month after the June 5, 1968 assassination of Senator Robert F. Kennedy by a CIA MKULTRA team that included Sirhan Sirhan, a Project Artichoke assassin trained and coordinated from an MKULTRA a safehouse near University of California’s Lawrence Livermore Laboratories.
On May 9, 1968, just prior to his June 5, 1968 assassination by CIA's Project Artichoke, Sen. Robert F. Kennedy had written of the organic connection between UFOs and extraterrestrial life, “As you may know, I am a card-carrying member of the Amalgamated Flying Saucers Association. Therefore, like many other people in our country I am interested in the phenomenon of flying saucers. It is a fascinating subject that has initiated both scientific fiction fantasies and serious scientific research. I watch with great interest all reports of unidentified flying objects, and I hope that some day we will know more about this intriguing subject. Dr. Harlow Shapley, the prominent astronomer, has stated that there is a probability that there is other life in the universe. I favor more research regarding this matter, and I hope that once and for all we can determine the true facts about flying saucers. Your magazine can stimulate much of the investigation and inquiry into this phenomenon through the publication of news and discussion of material. This can be of great help in paving the way to acknowledge of one of the fascinating subjects of our contemporary world.”
It is clear that if Robert F. Kennedy had not been assassinated, he would have won the U.S. Presidency in 1968. Under an RFK Presidency, the UFO and extraterrestrial truth embargo - enforced by the U.S. government since the 1953 Robertson Panel, would have been lifted.
The single most powerful cui bono with the assassination of RFK can be said to have lain with those protected by CIA’s MKULTRA and Project Artichoke – namely the top secret, operational human-extraterrestrial liaison programs of the U.S. government at that time.
No wonder any book that states that ‘militant agnosticism’ about any connection between UFOs and extraterrestrial life has found so much favor in mainstream infratructure in American life, including endorsements by members of the Aviary, a network of UFOlogists who have been reported to covertly serve as military intelligence psychological operations assets.
Don’t get me wrong. I believe Leslie Kean is one courageous lady, and I will support her efforts in the U.S. Congress. I would, at the same time, like to be clear about the historical record of UFOs and extraterrestrials.
1953 CIA Robertson Panel, ‘Militant agnosticism’ and the de-linking of UFOs and Extraterrestrial/Interdimensional intelligence
Ms. Kean states in her ExopoliticsTV interview that her ‘militant agnosticism’ regarding UFOs is a pragmatic and strategic approach – that the politicians in the U.S. Congress and the Obama (or future) administrations will only listen to an argument that states that UFOs are ‘unknown,’ and will dismiss any information stating that UFOs are extraterrestrial, inter-dimensional, or black-budget anti-gravity UFOs in origin.
Perhaps Ms. Kean and W.C. Fields are correct and one can never go broke under-estimating the stupidity of the American public. After all, it is Ms Kean that has a best-selling book that functionally continues the de-linking of UFOs and extraterrestrial intelligence that the CIA’s Robertson Panel began in 1953.
So, it is not so surprising that Ms. Kean’s book is at #30 on the New York Times best seller’s list in the USA of today.
The 1953 CIA Robertson Panel functionally decreed that any professional, scientist, journalist, educator, government official who mentioned extraterrestrials or UFOs without ridiculing them would lose their status (or their lives).

As we have reported in previous Examiner.com articles, “Wilbur ‘Will’ Allen, a former White House employee and Air Force One engineer under U.S. Presidents Ronald Reagan, George H.W. Bush, and Bill Clinton, has stated that Everett Bellamy (Senior Assistant Dean of Georgetown Law Center), on behalf of John Podesta, who is a full-time faculty member at Georgetown Law Center, a former White House chief of staff under President Bill Clinton (1998-2001) and Co-chair of the Obama Transition Team (2008-9), told Mr. Allen that the frequent UFO and extraterrestrial over flights and landings on the U.S. Capitol that Mr. Allen is able to document photographically using state of the art high definition equipment could, if made widely public, “destabilize society,” and urged Mr. Allen to cease his activity documenting these UFO/ET over fights and landings.
“Ironically, at a November 14, 2007 press conference at the National Press Club, John Podesta himself called for public examination of the UFO phenomenon, stating, ‘It is the law.’
“Mr. Allen is a professional photographer who was trained in photography and photographic analysis at a CIA film laboratory and has produced photography for major motion picture companies such as Warner Brothers and record labels such as DefJam.
“Mr. Allen’s declarations are made in a wide-ranging exclusive radio interview with reporter Alfred Lambremont Webre on ExopoliticsRadio.org.
“Mr. Allen’s photographs of UFOs flying over and landing on the roof of the U.S. Capitol on July 16, 2002 were taken 50 years from July 16, 1952, when UFOs were photographed over the U.S. Capitol. Mr. Allen’s historic photographs of the July 16, 2002 event together with UFO sightings and landings by U.S. Senate buildings, and the Washington Monument are set out a Slide Show.
“In his in-depth Exopolitics Radio interview, Mr. Allen, who grew up on U.S. military bases and now resides in Washington, DC, reveals that at age five he was visited by a group of ‘four to five grey extraterrestrials in silver spacesuits’ who implanted him with a device.
“That implant device went undetected during all the years of his military and White House service, and now signals him to go to specific locations in Washington, DC where he is instructed to photograph extraterrestrial craft and personnel that enter P-51 restricted Capitol Hill airpace through hyperdimensional Star gates at extremely high speeds. “Mr. Allen believes that his photographs, which are forensic in quality, document that the same intelligent hyperdimensional civilization was behind the July 16, 1952 and the July 16, 2002 flyovers of the U.S. Capitol. These UFO/ET flyovers are continuing into the present. Mr. Allen states that the civilization communicating with him and directing his photographic documentation of their hypervelocity landings on the U.S. Capitol are ‘grey and human-hybrid.’”
De-linking UFOs and Extraterrestrial intelligence
The principal purpose of the 1953 CIA Robertson Panel was to functionally de-link any connection between UFOs (such as those that overflew the U.S. Capitol in July 1952) and extraterrestrial life.
One immediate outcome of Ms. Kean's ‘militant agnosticism about whether any UFOs have any extraterrestrial origin, neither believing nor rejecting this’ is to de-link UFOs and extraterrestrial life, and thereby facilitate the continued truth embargo around the U.S. government’s secret human-extraterrestrial liaison programs of long-standing.
The existence of long-standing human-extraterrestrial liaison programs has been documented to a certainty by the standards of the law of evidence, through whistleblower and documentary evidence, such as the strategic relationship between the U.S. government and the intelligent civilization living under the surface of Mars. Independent whistleblowers such as U.S. serviceman Michael Relfe, former DARPA Project Pegasus participant Andrew D. Basiago, and former DOD scientist Arthur Neumann have each provided consistent, documented and independent eye-witness testimony of the existence of Martian or other extraterrestrials on U.S. secret Mars bases. That testimony is as reliable as any of the cases for UFOs cited by MS. Kane in her book.
